The collection of Annie and Guus Huisman-van Bergen gives a varied survey of modern printmaking and, to a lesser extent, of draughtmanship in Holland from the 1970s and 1980s, with some works dating from the 1990s. Annie Huisman was in close contact with many of the artists whose works she collected. Chris Buursen, Frans de Jong, Ad Meerman, Anton de Vrede, Arhur Stam, Ru van Rossum, Henri Plaat and the somewhat older artist Harry van Kruiningen are all well represented in the collection. Occasionally older prints were purchased from artists like Marius Bauer and Philip Zilcke.
