al-Fawāʾid al-ṭālibiyya fī al-fawāʾid al-Ḍiyaʾiyya, by Maḥmūd b. Ḵalīl b. Farhad. A supercommentary on al-Fawāʾ’id al-Ḍiyāʾiyya by ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. Aḥmad Ǧāmī ("Molla Jami", d. 1492), which is a commentary on the Kāfiya of the Egyptian grammarian ʿUṯmān b. ʿUmar Ibn al-Ḥāǧib (c. 1174-1249), which Molla Jami composed for his son Ḍiyāʾ al-Dīn (hence the name of the commentary). Scope and Contents
The Anhegger collection consists of 1) six Oriental manuscripts, mostly textbooks and collections of jurisprudence; 2) his private papers, reflecting his activities as a scholar and as director of German cultural centres in foreign countries; and 3) printed books on varied subjects, among which c. 35 Karamanlidika imprints.

Physical Description
Arabic MS on paper, probably of Turkish origin, .. f. ; 20.5x14.5 cm + black Turkish naskh script with overlining in red; borders in gold and blue; a simple headpiece in gold and red. Brown full leather binding with reinforced spine, bright yellow flyleaves.
