De collectie interviews van de Stichting Mondelinge Geschidenis Indonesië (SMGI) omvat 1190 interviewsessies met 724 mensen over 'het einde van de koloniale Nederlandse aanwezigheid in Azië', grofweg over de jaren dertig, veertig, vijftig en zestig.

The interview collection of the Foundation Oral History Indonesia (SMGI) includes 1190 interview sessions with 724 people about the end of the Dutch presence in Asia as colonial power, roughly from the 1930’s until the early 1960’s.

Het archief van de Stichting Mondelinge Geschiedenis Indonesië (SMGI) bevat correspondentie, jaarstukken, financiële verslaggeving en contracten met geïnterviewden. Ook de bijlagen bij de interviews worden bij het archief bewaard.

The archive of the Oral History Project (SMGI) contains correspondence, annual reports, financial reporting and contracts with interviewees. Attachments to the interviews are also included.

Het Archief Zijlmans is ontstaan tijdens het promotieonderzoek van Govert Cornelis Zijlmans (1950- ). De inhoud behelst interviews met oud-bestuursambtenaren over de periode 1940-1950, de slotfase van het Nederlandse gezag in de Indonesische archipel. Het onderzoek was hoofdzakelijk gericht op de Binnenlands Bestuur-ambtenaren die destijds waren tewerkgesteld op Java, een gebied waar de onafhankelijkheidsstrijd zich in alle hevigheid afspeelde.

The Zijlmans Archive is formed during the doctoral research of Govert Cornelis Zijlmans (1950- ). The content includes interviews with former government officials over the period of 1940-1950. This research focused mainly on the Interior administration officials who were then employed on Java.
