J.L.A. Brandes (1857-1905) was filoloog, oudheidkundige en lexicograaf. Zijn archief en collectie bestaan onder andere uit correspondentie, aantekeningen, artikelen en microfilms van handschriften.

J.L.A. Brandes (1857-1905) was a philologist, archaeologist and lexicographer. His archive and collection includes correspondence, notes, articles and microfilms of manuscripts.

De collectie Hendrik Theodorus Chabot (1910-1970) bestaat uit twee delen. Het eerste deel (D H 1251) betreft adatrecht en antropologie, in het bijzonder van Zuid-Celebes, alsmede zijn werkzaamheden voor het Institute of Social Studies. Het tweede deel (D Or. 432) betreft zijn onderzoek over Borneo, Siau en Zuid-Celebes.

The collection of Hendrik Theodorus Chabot (1910-1970) consists of two parts. The first part (D H 1251) relates to the customary law and anthropology, in particular of South Celebes, as well as his work for the Institute of Social Studies. The second part (D Or. 432) relates to his research on Borneo, Siau and South Celebes.

H.L.L. Kan (1906-1990) kwam uit een invloedrijke Chinees-Indische familie en was onder andere hoofdambtenaar bij het ministerie van Financiën van Indonesië. Zijn archief bevat persoonlijke stukken en stukken betreffende de loopbanen van hemzelf en zijn vader, H.H. Kan, stukken betreffende het familiebezit en stukken van verwanten uit de families Han, Kan en Tan.

H.L.L. Kan (1906-1990) came from an influential Sino-Indonesian family and was, among other things, senior civil servant at the Ministery of Finance of Indonesia. His archive contains personal documents and documents concerning the careers of his father H.H. Kan and himself, documents relating to the family property and documents from relatives from the Han, Kan and Tan families.
